Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Work place good in term of ambience, cafeteria. No company policy like appraisals, promotion, salary hike, bonus, no incentive, no pf and many more.

Some individuals spoil the company and its environment. You get salary as daily labourer. Management is good but they are kept in dark very wisely. They depend on few people and don't take feedback from others.
