...oyees to put down their paper so that they can hire people on cheaper resources. Only good part is that they provide salary on time. They have limited clients and mostly startup’s so no learning prospect. Think before you join this organisation.

Dislikes

No work life balance, No growth, No Incentives, No clients. Harassed by Managers (newly hired), poor work environment & company culture. Think 3-4 times before joining this organization.
