A person can learn and grow more experience in their field of work, has much more to offer to the one whose keen and the staffs will always guide you to finish off the assigned tasks. The best thing about this company is that it gives u memories that stays with you forever and helps you gain confidence in your field so you never stop dreaming and achieving the same.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
