Except for few people in the management, others are the worst I have ever worked with.

Dislikes

There is no company culture. Everything is micro managed. The management heads themselves are the worst. Everyday seemed like a task to go to office. It can be defined as a pure “Lala Company”.

The staff was very good of summit hotels and resorts helpful staff

The food was very poor of summit hotels and also there is no weakly off is given by the company and u take holidays or weak off u had to give reason why u take weak off they always do Parsalety girls and boys the give weak off to the girls not for the boys in the front office department overall it's a good hotel

The company is fastest growing company with multiple functioning chain properties. Staffs here are like a family, and working in these company makes a person very skilful and experienced to face any kind of circumstances.
