Before lockdown it's was good. Till the time i realised. After lockdown pricipal changed 2022 still work place and environment was tolerable. Atleast I was enjoying doing my work as a dance teacher . Again in 2023 principal got change and work culture got change . No appraisal since 2019 . 2019 I got 1k appraisal only. No promotion and permanent job.

Dislikes

No growth. Only work load. Dance teacher done 3 annual day in a year 2023. Which school organises 3 annual day. They have became money making machine. They don't care about employees. It's 47 %temprature. Infrastructure is built according AC but there is no AC install accept in principle room, office only and there is no proper ventilation because of AC infrastructure. It's really suffocating. Atleast I was enjoying my work till the time i realised I will keep working in 30 k for my whole life of I don't change my job.

Likes

I solved the water problem in the School. Stop the pilferage of diesel by the drivers and staff. I changed the character of all staff from dishonest to honesty.

Dislikes

I will be retired from service on completion of my 58 years of age.

There is no growth. They are no good leaders but only bosses.Poor work environment.Teachers working for the past 20 years are thown out.Ever since the new management has come the teacher is considered worthless .There are strong likes and dislikes.
