No specified working hour . Staff shortage lead to over burden on employee no additional compensation . TL will call you on you date off/ even on block leave .

Likes

Steady business and moderate work pressure. Work-Life balance. variable compensation is high even for support groups. Job security even if one doesn't perform.

Dislikes

Compensation not bench marked to performance. Performance is measured by hours in office not per-se the output. Low mobility. High office politics. You should be lucky if you get to work under strong leadership.
