Salary is not On time Low quality food Zero work life balance Company culture is definitely Toxic Negative people, negative environment I did not find any talented people in this company. Not even qualities of a leader in the upper management people .Everything is driven in the company through politics and of course boot lickers.

They provide lucrative benefits and compensation for the closure and the environment of the company is also good.

...imings as well.if i raise a stand for any issue my manager says to me to regine.after i have resigned they didnt provide me my certificate and compensation of that closure which i have done.unhappy with sumeru.

Manager is good ,helping nature,thier is lot of politics going on.

no job security,the salary is very less,the siniors dont help the new comers lots of poilitics in the project.no one is thier to ask what is the issue.full of politics.

...of employee, no job guarantee, anyone can be removed anytime without any notice. Very less salary as a fresher.Work more less salary with lot more expectation.

Upper management never want to come to office always have some urgent work at home and offline for so long busy in their housework and sleeping drinking alcohol even at working hours they plan party and leave office mid night. Hard working employees are given extra work pressure and boot lickers are given appraisal and job security as well if you are not performing and always praising your manager director you are safe. No resources only pressure for submission even their VP AVP director manager lead don't have premium linkedin account. Limited resources provided limited clicks provided and employees are given extra pressure. Poor incentive structure. After sometime they stops giving incentives also. Not at all professional in the upper management except AVP Anekant Jain all managers are like Chapris. Ankit saini 100% Chapri Vikas bajaj - always praise himself does nothing have zero knowledge No appraisal no incentives. Don't join this company no skill improvement u will start thinking that u dont know anything after working with their managers.
