Too much politics, toxic work culture, you need to learn yourself from internet. No guidance or proper training. But they want all their work done like pro. No appraisal,no credit for work. Whatever they say or order , if you ask them to give in written then you will recieve warning about behaviour, and nonsense things which you haven't done. They don't even know about probation period or consulting period. They deduct salary whenever they want. Being their pet is ok but when you raise questions or doubts about anything then you will be the target. Fooling people by first promising them about opening new branch at Rampur and providing computer systems for work , but when time comes they force everyone to go to Bangalore or else go home.

Dislikes

Toxic Work Culture, Internal Politics, Not trustworthy. Money laundering, fooling people.
