Company is very good, good sales Good environment but compensation is very poor. Working in late hours pays overtime but not paid with a hand some amount per hours basis Job security is very poor .always a fear that anytime I have to left the job

Work pressure is high and job security is always a fear Office working hours is very high You can't be late other wise amount will be deducted from salary

It was very poor and horrible experience with SCS. Politics on peek and one editor and manager are running the company no value of employees how much they are working with SCS.They need bandhua madoor for 9 hours.

Seniors are not supportive U can't take your decision by your own Director/Management of the company is not supportive atall It's better not to join here as they don't trust their own employees

The policies of the company are not favorable towards the dealer and the market situation at present. You can't take your own decision. You have to ask each and everything from the director of the company before taking any decision there will be a lot of responsibility but there will be no authority given to you.
