No job scure.. Mental work pressure and for 10 min late 1/2 day salary deduction daily late leaving to home in evening 7:30pm but no extra money.and waste data provided for sales calls too much target very very less incentives. Dear youth people don't waste your energy and time..

If u complete ur Target, u will get good incentives but that too late after 1.5 months later

Incentives will pay after 1.5 months later. Senior bullying and politics. Cunning staff. No appraisals and obviously no increments No career growth Only sales and targets

It's okk if you are about to start with your career and looking for an initiating opportunity. However, not really recommended to pursue for long if you are really keen to learn, face new challenges to overcome and grow over the timeline.

The management, way of approach and consideration towards the employees, pay scale, no additional perks and the most important thing, there's no appreciation when someone goes that extra mile to achieve the company expectations no matter how complicated that particular case could be. Rest one can speculate with the help of genuine reviews :)

This is the only company to do work best for your ability n honestly sulekha will give returns more than your expectations. This is best company to work I honestly recommend for everyone who wants to work honestly to join this company

Vintage employees should give more salary at least 15% hike due to which no one will left job
