Till now my company supporting me at my financial crises due to outbreak of covid 19 to pay back my room rents.

Dislikes

As all trainees are coming to get knowledge about wine like How a bunch of grapes finally turned into a bottle of wine?, So all should treated as same. And the faculty members who are designated to look after them they should keep their eye continuously on all the students becz everyone doesn't work in a same way which may create a miss- understanding between guide and trainee. That's a bad situation for company as well as a learner. May be i shouldn't tell about the guide but i deeply felt that may be due to some work pressure or anything the guide couldn't manage/guide such a mass of trainee in a proper direction. So personally i will suggest that if the person who is assigned to look after trainee guides properly then the company and as well as trainee both will be benefitted.

...isation to work with, the staff is good and helping, manager are of good nature. Environment is best and salary is too good. Except the internal politics its best.

Internal politics, young managers due to which there is no scope of getting higher position.

The company has an excellent work culture. The graph of the company is growing year by year, month by month which is helping the employees to perform their best. The company is open for innovation. The company encourages to take leaves is the best part.

Compensation is less as per market standards

HR policies/ Top management is very good / salary also good/ encourage for skill development

Dislikes

No job security due to mid level management politics, if you don't salute your boss then you will be in PIP, PROMOTION WILL BE POSTPONED

Dislikes

Like every company Sula is no different while increments to their favourite people ( a circle of really special people). Entire year efforts are ignored and kept away at the time of appraisal. You will get promotions after a lot of hardworking but increments will be like peanuts. Sula as a company is great , with great leadership but some people need to be changed.
