Joined the company as the senior most person. The said company does not believe in the following 1. On time payment of salary 2. Office hierarchy. Office receptionist who is close to the management has more say than the senior most employee 3. Employee are recruited more on personal basis rather on qualification or quality. 4. Those few employees who do go through the grind of interviews are always discriminated by employees who are recruited by reference of the management. 5.Salary are never paid on time. 6. The directors wake up to the concept of paying only on 15th and finish paying by 25th. 7. Over the moon incentives are promised at the time of interviews but are never given. 8. Horrendous HR manager who does everything apart from HR 9. Profile of the directors. Actual directors not what appears in the books.
