Big politics will be played. If you are HR recruiter (Fresher) you are safe here. But if you are experienced don't join here, no benefits like PF, Offer letter, they may hold your salary anytime without any intimation. Owner driven company. Unprofessional & unproductive meetings every weekend. On my personal experience one of the BDM has been terminated without any information and they holded his salary and not given till now. No cleanliness, even restroom will be terrible, no tea or coffee, dungeon smell inside the office. I have worked nearly 1 1/2 year here.
