They work like a big organization where they have team for each departments like HR, Finance, Sales, Accounts etc.

Dislikes

They have a weird kind of work culture, they treat their employees like school going kids wehre you have to work and operate as per employer's instruction. No personal calls, no one can talk to each other personally, only office work discussion..no whatsapp or social media during working hours. your voice should be low in office, you cannot go out of office even for a 2 min without permission, they keep monitoring you, camera is always on your head etc..etc..so basically no space. Those who do not have self respect, do not want to grow in life and happy with this kind of working then this is a secure place for them.

Job security, good work culture and environment....co-operative and transparent management.....your expertization in work counts for good appraisal instead of other things..company policies are good
