Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing to like. There is not any management. Senior doing bossing only. You have to come to work on time but there is no time to go. Sir and senior do not understand at the time of the emergency.

Dislikes

...sparency in management . The company has no policies. Not appreciating the work. If bonus is given then half of the employees will not pay salary on time. they not give salary hike. there is lots of politics by senior . shujit & associates not give experience letter.
