A good place to work, if you want to really learn in core engineering Employees are friendly and supportive because of which the work environment is friendly and relaxed. Luck company to always get good brains to work with. You learn a lot

Management is not good. Some HOD have no strong scientific or logical capability but have hell of ego of being super intelligent and command their descisions over you. Too much work pressure, no work life balance. Stringent timelines for projects. You have accept others descision even if they are wrong, when they fail you are the person to blame. No descipline or work ethics. Not an R&D, its only D&D. Projects and loss are due to their own timeline, same mistake every project. No improvement. No strong knowledge database or learning only jugad or predictions.company progress hampered by such peoples descisions Only few countable people are genuine and helpful and knowledgeable

Work culture, Friendly work colleagues and superiors , good leaning platform for freshers, creativity and performance are appreciated the most.
