World Class machinery & Technology available for Rubber part manufacturing process.Very friendly Bosses and colleagues .You can get huge knowledge in rubber

Salary Package for Diploma / B.E engineers - Very worst( 7 K to 15 K ) They do not use Engineering graduate knowlege .They want result what they given you work .No health insurance available, Transparent DA & PF not available ( They are hidding some iilegal work behind on it ),other perks like individual transport facility cannot be arranged ,No values for employee growth ,Poor communication in English .Worst parking facility , early increment has no basic rules .

Company structure and working environment is good. Team people are inspired to work to solve problems.

Dislikes

Appraisal are not moved every year properly. Due to late of incentives. Salary hike are not properly.

Management was ready to do anything for the sake of customer where customer satisfaction can be achieved easily.

Dislikes

No proper admin system regarding attendance, leaves and PF related payments. No culture of providing Payslips to employees and deductions in salary as per their wish.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
