...a new policy people who join will have to submit their passport to safeguard it. If you are late by few minutes for 3 days in a month they will deduct half days salary, while if you work late in evenings of weekends due to some projects they don't consider or compensate for that. If you work in weekends it is your job no compensatory off, nothing at all. Very poor policies.

Working from home since February so it’s pretty good here . Overall company policies are quite terrible and providing lack of knowledge related to our new projects and also salary is kinda deficit low as compared to work load

Salary is low and job security is terrible. Learning nothing except inbuilt data search .

It's a good company. I have learnt so many things from the company I never forget it. The company reputation is very high. There is 2 days off in a week and casual leave 14 days annual leaves 14 days in year and other special day off.

Dislikes

The package was not okay for me due the daily expenses. That was the only issue I have faced there.

The company was supportive through the covid period as they allowed me to stay till things eased back home in India.

What I dislike at suhail bahwan is that it's managed and run by unprofessionals in the most unprofessional way.

Suhail Bahwan Group is one among the leading groups which gave employment to lot of nationals and expatriates.

Dislikes

The old management who are outdated with their ideologies and are not dedicated to company, need to be replaced with new energetic efficient ones. The subordinates who have knowledge, experience and energetic are being replaced with those with less knowledge, skills and dedication and also with higher CTC and other facilities.
