This VP must be thrown out from the company, He removed many good persons. He is already been removed from his last company.. Low appraisal, less chance of getting promotions. Lack of market knowledge, delivery take 12 hours timing, sustainability of customer is very difficult. company doing service from Karnataka border to capture Mumbai market which is highly impossible. Very good company with highly talented team. Audit team has totally spoiled the company by suspecting and tendering false information to management. Many people have left the company and contributing to the competitors.
