This VP must be thrown out from the company, He removed many good persons. He is already been removed from his last company.. Low appraisal, less chance of getting promotions. ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

...er completion of 5 years of my job I got promotion from Line supervisor to Asst. Branch Manager & got a good salary hike. There employees are getting every year salary increment also. There are any employees can get many chances of growth if his working is good/excellent. Thanks, Pramod Kumar.

I have observed that there is only one think is very worrisome that Suguna company not place to any employees in theirs local area and there are having lot of transfer of one employee from one place to another place. If any employee are transferring from one place to another place then he is suffer the many type of problems like kids sutdy,family issues are also included in this. Thanks Pramod Kumar

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
