Example your ctc is 20k Then your gross is 16k you received only 14k in hand. How much they deduct you can't understand. 9. Many times they force you to work on Sunday, and daily shift is 9 hours but in lab you have to work 12 hours to complete the work and you doesn't get any money for overtime
