There is no increament, bonus,salary package is not upto the mark and im working here for 2 years still my salary is not satisfied what i got in starting only i getting after 2 year also same package . HR team department also not supporting even they canceled tea

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary package is very low im totally working here for two year but what i got in starting salary same amount of salary is getting till now no hike of salary and bonus but management forcing us to do multiwork and gaining their buisness even cafeteria canceled for us

Salary timely credit whith any problem, work learning, mangers motivation of work ..production torget achievements etc...

Promoting, language problem in works in Hindhi, salary increment and benefits...office staffs not Response in production staff please try to say all are equal team work and won many more achievements....please arrange canteen facility and good water for All employees 🙏🙏Thank you

One thing is best that it provide salary on time It give excellent facilities like lodging It is the best company for startups your career

Lot of internal politics Mid level management is worst There is no personal space between personal and professional life The worst thing in suguna is that he pressurised you to do that work you are not appoint for.. Ex. If he appoint you as a Electrical maintenance then he pressurised you to operate the PLC..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
