This VP must be thrown out from the company, He removed many good persons. He is already been removed from his last company.. Low appraisal, less chance of getting promotions. Lack of market knowledge, delivery take 12 hours timing, sustainability of customer is very difficult. company doing service from Karnataka border to capture Mumbai market which is highly impossible. No growth for employees in any terms , Poor Internal system, do not expect increment more than 5 percent , will recommend not to join the company if you are fresher specially
