No delays in the salary, Salary is on every 15th of the month which is on time compared to any other developers. In the market, Good people to work with still at the learning stage but it’s nothing which cannot be manageable.

Dislikes

Strict timing even if you are late by a min you will be marked half day

They have a illusion that they have best team in real estate, incompetency and office politics is at its peak .

Hard work doesnt stand any value Competency has no value . Office politics is at its helm So called sales directors have no clue how to function . If u achieve , credit will be taken away by these old timers .

Learn new things, because Sugee complete many more projects in short time with without comparmise quality. All Directors are very nice people. Nitin Sir is very kind and nice person.

Some of the old employees are there, they wouldn't be supportive of the growth of any new employees. And they're harrsing other peoples. In project team and office team also.

Horrible politics from the long time working seniors there not allowing to any growth to the efficient new comers and also MD’s helpless policy of not supporting the new comers and not taking care of them by taking any action against the unprofessional and wrong behaviour of these old staff (being in his personal relations)

Nothing. This company follows a higher and fire policy. They are recruiting people for mouth publicity of thier product. Screwing carrier of so many youths. Most pathetic company in industry. Only employee working for more than two years as a sales guy is owners brother. Even head of sales & head of marketing gets fire .worst part is there is no fix date for salary. There is nothing like an incentive.

Everything. There no job security . There is no job culture. No salary hikes. Even whatever is your fix salary you dont get it on time. You have to chase HR for your final settelments.
