Dislikes
NO Work life balance...
If not met target LOP culture. And salary deduction. Incentives get delayed. No weekoffs in month end and some times in mid month too.
Bit stressful 😔

No job security they can remove u immediately without any prior information for no reason.
You can join the company only if u have good flirting skills with the manager.
No Appreciation or Appreciation is give even if u die for the company.
The manager here don't want good folk she just wanted boys who can flirt with her.
High scope for muslim boys.
No overtime work is appreciated u will get blamed instead.
Manager finds and blames unnecessary even if it's not ur mistakes
...when WFH was allowed).
-The Office is situated in a good but expensive location.
-Salary on time, only one time it was delayed which is totally fine, but HR team never accepts their own mistakes, which is a big red flag and shows a negative personality.
-Benefits
-No hierarchy
-Mostly good colleagues and good founder.
-I didn't feel like people were trying to solve problems, poor efforts from one particular department, once I found a KPI's incorrect numbers and reported to one senior, just because wrong one was presented & next quarter's target was set, that person didn't bother to discuss or disclose it, which tell they are not serious and probably afraid of top management.
-Definitely NOT for skill development and growth (for analytics/data science/product).
...ey say the timings will be flexible during interview but there is no such thing. They want us to work late in the evening and they don't pay the allowance for the same. Toxic team managers who want us to work the entire day and later no credits will be given to us. if there is any issue from the patient's side - all the blame will be put on Nutritionist. Sales people will sell the plan by making false promises to patients and ultimately Nutritionist has to face the consequences. Nutritionist has to run behind the patient every-time, there is no respect for the them. Remuneration is less as per the work.
P.S- Do not work here if you want to have work life balance & peace of mind. People are toxic here. P.P.S.: To all my fellow nutritionist, Don't be a part of toxic work culture- its better to start your own.

Post clearing 4 rounds of interview they put us through 1 month of induction training which is pathetic.
They expect us to be online in meetings from 10 to 7pm post that we need to finish mock tests and assessments.
Can not even keep camera off for a minute and most of the training is about praising themselves rather then giving actual knowledge. Trainers are too proud of themselves and look down on everyone.
And comes the call assessment part where we have to give mock test for welcome and follow up call along with senior health coach and trainers. This is totally biased. Even before test they have selected whom to pass.
Trainers do not even have common expectations. They themselves do not know what to expect. Both person have different ideology and we are put into confusion what to be done. They are not satisfied with anything we do if they have decided not to pass us. The whole training and tests are big blunder.
Better choose different place rather then wasting time here
