My role. I have some freedom to take some decisions & make things work. Some people are pretty smart

The culture is really bad. There is lot of blame game & some people almost always stir clear. They believe that employees don't need holidays at all. No flexible work even if you are in your worse health. Everyone is either overworked or barely working.

Team is filled with fresher employee. Continuous pressure of making sales daily. No support given, Neither for Brand Management, Marketing nor for Catalog. One of Catalog person need to leave as no support given to the person. No job security, you need to work without support, if you say something wrong, you will be thrown out of organization in no time. Basically you need to work under pressure without expecting to improve process. Multiple people from Tech told to leave to save company cost. It only has Brand name but surviving is difficult. After being available 24*7 for work if you say anything wrong, manager don't think single time to remove you from job. Baiscally they treat you like machine not person. Catalog person told to leave in one day time, no notice period given to employee. Employee's mental health is not given any value. Dont join here for role of Brand management, marketing or catalogue role as no one is to support. You will end up regreting later. You need to work on weekends which is unsaid. You can not deny to work on holiday else you will be thrown out of organization. This is unfair treatment is by marketing manager.

It was a horrible experience working over here. Especially in the product development department it feels like you are in school because of the strict timings. Even if you are one minute late then you will be insulted on the whatsapp group. The HOD of the dept is biased and behaves good only with her favourite ones. Surviving in the toxic environment of the department is very hard and hence there is high iteration rate here. If you don't want to put your mental health at stake then please don't join here.
