Bad management, company hired incompetent GM HR Mr.Raj Mohan P.Sharma who don't know anything about HR but harassing teams and other people, my reason for leaving company is his behaviour issues only, and many other's also.

Management is very poor, keeping incompetent people like Raj Mohan as HR Head, Ganga as EA, S.B.Gupta as VP, RK Sharma as Sr.VP....such stupid peoples are the biggest obstacle in company growth and company owner is not able to see this due to his EGO and immaturity. The HR Head Raj Mohan P. who is addicted person definitely will defame company badly. So don't join there to spoil your career.
