Dr.arun sir very good person and very forgiving.he is positive that this too shall pass .think of doing the best for each other.A person who wants to do the best possible....this hospital one of the best in pallavaram with all facilities......

They gave me a salary they told. But what I think is that the work is too much and the salary is not enough..

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
