Good work environment, teammates and management are very supportive. Company policy is good depending on this pandemic situation right now as they are supporting their employees with timely payout. Overall experience in this company is good.

Dislikes

No as such disliking, but I think in a similar job role their should be salary package similarities which needs to be transparent. Career growth is not as per industry oriented. There should be proper training for new joiners.

Good place to work; a) Ontime Salary; b) Good Working Atmosphere; c) Good Relation between Employee & the Sr. Management; d) I continuing here as an accountant last ten years.

I don't think so that here is problem to work for a candidate who have good behavior....

...nd characterless. They hire women employees & kept them for their own happiness. HR will fraudulent you by scamming money from your salary. In the end if you want to leave the company they will not give you settlement money. Real life experience please don't join such company.

The most faltu owner I have seen. Womanic & they don't care about hard work. They only hire beautiful women to keep them happy. Also they don't settle your full & final money if you want to leave. They do an agreement to keep you 3 months as notice period if you want to leave then they will threat you.

Its been 2 years of working here at Sugam, Great Learning enviornment. Crazy Workflow,always trying new things ,very robust and dynamic environment. Knowledgeable and understanding management,Excellent operations. Helpful colleagues. Work life balance is been greatly managed. Increment twice a year(depending on performance)

Nothing as such, Its so great we are feeling too much settled.
