As everybody knows it is one of leading water services company in the world there is no worries of Job security.I am very proud to work with this world class firm. Coming to the training there are plenty of trainings will be given based on the individual interest even at project office.

Compensation is not streamlined based on performance .. everybody is treated equal and appraisals are given based on prorate

...list, there is no meritocracy whatsoever, appraisals are based on HR favourites. One has to toil and butter important elements in the company to get better salary package.
