I feel the organization have good institutional environment over the project staff's and encouraging organizational staff's to promote their skill levels and strength at most. There is good team work balance and internal communication chain that I loved by my extreme. Always I would like to work with Suez wherever opportunity will come to me. The fact that Suez Projects are all Government Projects, this in itself gives a great satisfaction when your work reflects publically. As our CEO Mr. Bhan says, we are all in Public service, we must ensure best delivery of the same.

...list, there is no meritocracy whatsoever, appraisals are based on HR favourites. One has to toil and butter important elements in the company to get better salary package.
