Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Management is not good, they do not want engineer growth when they are continuing in company. Always refuse to increament. They ignor knowledgeable and trained engineer....After 9 year long experience engineer salary still 16000 in hand .....TA ..DA NOT CLEAR TIME TO TIME........ All kind of benifit like insensitive......etc they consume themself.....we feel ..we r dimond and we come to sabjiwala for sale.......we should go to ..... Sona chandi wala

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strength
