Terrible Management for workers...they don't give salary as they promised.and once you go and ask why it is happening manager says, management instructed them to do this way.

They don't offer required package and accommodation as per our skills and experience. But existing package is acceptable.

Company rules regulations very good, time to time salary, night duty are tour site very safe provided hotel and heavily food.

Duty time, all time Duty.when any phone calls ringing heart ❤is pumping highly no Duty time 24×7.but I enjoined in this job and company ,thanks to sudhir power Ltd Gurugram and support staff and management.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

All time POLITICS by old employees. Toxic behaviour.... A senior person in IDT team having very cheep thoughts, doing politics every time. Past 9 employee's job destroyed by him. 10th one is me. Reporting manager also involved in politics also against new employees. There is NEPOTISM, FAVOURITISM, BUTTERING. Strict timings also. Very bad admin staff. Peons behave like owner of company
