Teammate was good communications,Training have very good qualities, career growth is very poor due to internal politics play roll ,work environment is under pressure ,no right person right benefit.

Mahad production culture is too bad for chemical engineer due to S.D Patil manager, No job security, Outdated technology,log sheet, no any permanent solution for problem,No training regarding SAP, Too much external consultant hire for process data, Operators only happy there, if u ready for Show clause notice without mistake then join this company, Bad production practice done by old employee, No knowledge sharing by old bsc candidates, worst line or crew pattern, you 2-3 get call after job everyday. Confirmation deliberately delay,It's my dream company from clg days but as a chemical engineer worst experience I got.
