... engineers in shift. Responsibilities are showered and groom you professionally. Salary is credited always on time, HR team is helpful.

Due to production load, performance pressure is intense. Everything has to be done right, otherwise it would be difficult to hear the scolding from bosses.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is very clear. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lotes of politics. There is a bond 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Good Work environment. Salary on Time. Good Canteen. Good colleagues.

No job security. The earlier company recruited people to follow 5 Days working and when they shifted to old policy of 1 Weekly off, they had lots of extra staff. Sacked many of them on the bias. Those who were above 50 age also sacked. I won't recommend to join on the ground of job security.

Talent acquisition hr team are best, colony culture, Canteen facilities is good, salary on time, Sudarshan CSR activities and annual function are superb. Hassle-free exit process.

Mahad production culture is too bad for chemical engineer due to S.D Patil manager, No job security, Outdated technology,log sheet, no any permanent solution for problem,No training regarding SAP, Too much external consultant hire for process data, Operators only happy there, if u ready for Show clause notice without mistake then join this company, Bad production practice done by old employee, No knowledge sharing by old bsc candidates, worst line or crew pattern, you 2-3 get call after job everyday. Confirmation deliberately delay,It's my dream company from clg days but as a chemical engineer worst experience I got.
