Sudanese micro finance development company (SMDC) is a company belong to Central Bank of Sudan and it has the responsibility of developing Micro finance sector in all Sudan which include more than 40 micro finance institutes(MFIs), our responsibility is to manage the installation of micro finance system, train MFI's employees about how to work on our System (Loan Tracking System (LTS)) , The training takes about 21 working days, then if there is old data out in excel sheet for more than year we whould work on it till it become inside an Oracle Database. The LTS built with Oracle ADF , SMDC own the source code and also have a responsibility of developing new requirements regarding all MIFs in Sudan, We have very strong team, we had been working on a project for more than a year with Indian company so as to develop a new version from LTS, now we lancing a new copy. Also we are fully satisfied in our environment comparing to Sudanese environment but because of the inflation we face many difficulties to work inside Sudan, so I decided to apply to a job out side Sudan.
