Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is my first company, so as per my experience culture, environment, management & policies all are excellent. About my teammates my all seniors are fully support to grow of my life. They all are treat like a younger brother. When I was joined SUCGI in that time me only a scalar quantity but now I'm a vector quantity. Thank you so much SUCG INFRASTRUCTURE giving me a very good platform to travel in my entire journey.

Overall experience is good. We find the same workplace everywhere because the thinking of Indian employee is same. They focus more pulling than pushing a new employee. If this mentality of people changes then the workplace will motivate the employee to do more and utilise the full potential towards company benefits.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
