Work environment is worst, sandwich artist don’t respect anyone whether it is shift manager or ARM or Store manager, old pos system and they don’t have KDS they don’t have enough staff to support your shift

Salary is not comfortable to run the family Increment is always delay , like 1 or 2 years late and also also increment percentage is poor

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 4 years before which u cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
