The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

You get a good push for learning new skills in terms of floor management and office operations, administrative operations, meeting new people, VIP clients and celebrities everyday.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is worst, they give better salary to new joiners but not give to existing staffs and also holiday and Sunday working is compulsory which is a worst part too.

Good Company , ethical, keeps training for knowledge upgradation. Very good culture.

Dislikes

Pay very less. Doesn't consider your experience, they have their limits as per the position. Doesn't offer as per the market

I got a chance to learn and I gained hands on experience of instruments used in molecular diagnostics.

Dislikes

The company makes appointments for temporary positions with false hope of payroll. Salary never on time and within a few months management removes all allowances, if any. No incentives, no promotions, no appraisals, no overtime with zero job security. Company culture is pathetic and no work satisfaction.

1) Some Managers are very good. 2) salary on Time 3) Employee facilities are good like Incashment of Leave. Annual Leave and many other leave are available.

Dislikes

Senior like HOD, Manager are very rude and always trying to lay-down to junior employees. HR department is like a show-case of the company. Just for nothing. Hr Working like as a hand puppet of seniors . Hr did not support or understand the problem of junior employees always support to high level employees. And HOD are directly telling to employees to resign from job. If you complaint against this to HR. Hr just blaming you only. Very worst HR Team and HOD Team. There is no truth and dare environment in this company. No growth in this company. Only those getting promotion who works in HO of the company. Other employees never get promote since 4-5 Years. During Covid Pandemic company grab all covid incentive of covid worriers. And didn't pay them yet. Its not a small amount. Like 1-2 lacs per covid incentive were got froud by company.
