Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Teammates are so good. Training is also so good.But Salary/appraisal is terrible.They didn't provide salary on time . they take 45 days to give salary.suppose your January month salary ..You will get that either February last or March 15 around.Not specific.

Teammates good behaviour,training is good,I have never gone out of station before joining but now I have visited much more places, overall it is a good opportunity for the freshers to get the experience easily in few days.

The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours, travelling in night & just reached at night then work in the next morning, sometimes seniors folks like me have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.
