There are many things which I like in subros company the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable furthermore , the bus facility provided by company which was free of cost a part from this the food provided by copanyy to their worker was very excellent the the price of one diet of a person was only 5 rs which was very low in the modern era where the price of ever is going on its peak moreover there was fire alarm , fire cylinder in each and ever place, in addition safety equipment given to employees according to their work condition like safety gloves , mask, apprean ,safety shoes etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is also the work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work 16 hours after that the employees should attend their shift after did 16 hours work so this was very hard for the employees to attend their same shift sometimes the behavior of employer ,managers and other person who have good rank in company was not so good towards their employees flexibility was not there

i worked in subros more than 3 years and I trully said that subros is best company in the maneser region culture of subros is very good work life is very good service provided by company is very good over all subros is best company i ever seen

one thing that why I quite the company is salary for deputy engineer salry is short but its managble because subros gives you lots of facility

Job security. Brand Name. On Time Salary on every 1st. Top leadership has made great policies for employees. Sarkari naukri feel.

Increment criteria. Old Methods of working,Not adapting to new developments. Medical Insurance Policies. (50k only upto SE Level) Rude Plant HR Behaviour & Some Head of Dept are egoistic & treat in non human way to subordinates.

I like rules and regulations, active super senior's and salary paid on time compared to others

He only want to do his work and treat senior and junior with same attitude and one thing other about salary
