No job security 12 HR changed since last 5 years to till date No policies here No SL CL PL on monthly basis Owner terminates anyone within a second without allowing them to serve notice period Lots of politics by seniors here Recruitment is not an easy task for their powai caliph hotel due to its worst culture and unhygienic Owner shouts everytime to any of his employees It's not an easy to complete here 6 months, owner can terminate anytime.

I had very terrible experience ever here in this company, So much of politics and unprofessionalism, they are surrounding and spend a time there only, they don't how competitors doing now days. Poor experience and i would suggest you all think before go to the hell 🙏

Working at Suba Hotels & Click Hotels is always full of enthusiasm & a sign of continuous growth . Joined in 2013 with 3 hotels and now expanses to 12 hotels is an achievement. The team joined in 2013 still manage now their team as they all grow along with Company growth.

Chairman Mr.Mansur Mehta is an Uneducated person his family business is Transport & logistics the Treat Hospitality, businesses same way they don't take professional advice some time his behavior is very rood and disasters and sometimes the going to down to earth ( Kache kan kan ke hai) the are sitting between lots of chaplus person
