For learning u can go..they work with latest printing equipment nd technique.. Office culture nd work-life balance is not good

The environment..always work under pressure.. The salary benefits No other employee benefits No bonus Yearly increments also not there. Working hour is not fixed..u have to work for long hours

Gathering lots of knowledge about printing and packaging. Developing skills.

Dislikes

...fe balance, no timing sence. Rough behaviour with employee using slang language. No fix timing about increment of salary hence there's a chance to get paid lower than you expected. No improvement of career. No promotion hare. Management system is very much poor. Lower grade mentality of owner. If they want you have to work on holidays without any extra pay. No bonus system is there.

Only positive thing to mention about Stylo Media Pvt Ltd is availability of reasonable canteen for lunch else I don't find any other thing positive about this company.

Negative Work culture, Terrible management team, Salary in installments, slavery behaviour with employees.
