...ement who has no idea about how to lead and give direction to the organisation.. They hire very senior people with high salary and fire people within 2-3 months not giving salary and FNF to them. There in no HR policy and the head HR herself has no idea about people management. The so called CGO has no idea about leadership and has an amazing quality of poking you around WhatsApp group which you will find funny and irritating sometime. Mostly these people are fraudstars who hires you for couple of months, sucks your blood and fire you anytime because of nothing. All good reviews are given by their own employees forcefully.. Would never recommend this organisation to anyone.

I mean, what's to say I joined Stylework as a scared fresher? All those corporate world myths about it being a dog-eat-dog culture were shattered within the first few months. The atmosphere here is always filled with zeal and enthusiasm, and it just gets to you, so you always strive to do your best. And with the company opting for smart coworking solutions with flexible scheduling, I don't have to worry about making it through the peak morning hours. The supervisors and the management are extremely supportive, which, in my case, was the best part of being a fresher. All in all, I struck gold with Stylework as my first company.

I can come across as a little harsh when faced with criticism from my superiors, but all that went down the drain when I came to Stylework. The honest and constant feedback from my superiors, without them trying to put me down, motivated me to push my own limits and bring out the best in me. The company values the connections and interactions among the team members, which helped me improve my networking skills and also see problems from various perspectives. And with all of this, I get to experience a perfect professional and personal life balance and access user-friendly coworking software platforms, which help me stay better updated about the working space.
