This is as per my acknowledgement n true which I see n feedback from previous employees.. These contents will be very helpfull for jobs seekers.. Dear viewers, As I worked as fashion assistant at kammanahali store Bangalore, it's horrible n extremely worse then I had not seen in any industry retails, 1) Shouting to loud by manager ( ZAMEER) Can be seen , harassing staff TORMENT on floors repeatedly.. Customer nervous n scare n complaints can be seen..even same to DM, and I will apologise to customers., 2) to much shortage of manpower, staff, security no one in trials rooms..all in meeting rooms, billing counters empty, customers panic n serious complaint..n staff n i will apologise.. 3) to much meeting at backstore 3 to 4 times in a days, repeatedly, 8 months repeatedly ( zammer) store manager when he is in bad mood roar like lions.. Harrassing staff, even girls no respect, Not concerning who will be in trials rooms, billing counters, main entrance customers.. 4) only concerning on setting, clearing stocks, n Billings that's too poor .. Never have time to attend customers.. While they need help aggressively..n management knows all above, nothing progress.. 5) store manager is very Cunning, using staff n shouting only from 2 years in systems..huh !!!! staff left job, i call them back, again repeated they left in this 4 months i success.. but using me again repeated by store manager..what a Shameful human being he is !!!! Poor n incapable manager 6) since I came to an end in this store (Company) i too harrast n tormented by Mr devraj, department manager during this incidents iam very sick, Then Iam thrown out.. later we get calls from HR, ( GAURAV) HEAD HR MADHURI FROM MUMBAI.. AFTER 4 DAYS THINGS NOT WORK OUT..I WAS FORCEFULLY TRANSFER TO ANOTHER STORE!!! AS PER TRANSFER LETTER, N WARNING LETTER TOO.. DURING THIS PERIODS AK STILL SICKS, N SEVERE KNEE PAIN'..THEY WILL CALL U EVEN U R SICK N MEDICAL LEAVE.. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT NEXON OMNIVERSE MUMBAI AND STORE ADMIN KAMMANAHALI BANGALORE..I WILL NEVER TRUST N BELIEVE NEXON OMNIVERSE MUMBAI MANAGEMENT IN FUTURE !!!! I HAVE EYES 🥶 🥶 🥶 🥶 TO MUCH LIES N TO MUCH LACK OF INTEGRITY!!!!! GOD DON'T SHOW MERCY ON THEM !!!!! 7) AS PER I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RETAILS AND OTHERS OPERATIONS TOO...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STEP IN FORWARD N TO WORK IN THESE COMPANY..THERE ARE MULTIPLES THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO ADD BUT LET ME END HERE...!!!!!!

There are no scope in this company . They are not giving promotion for candidate abilities. Management of HR is also is very worst Don't have any time maintenance They are taking our more working hours and OT also not giving for work of Over time For example one time I go to work at 9:30 am and still work at 6:30 am for next day That day I worked for around 19 hour's
