good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Timely Salary and good manufacturing plant

No job security, poor compensation, No performance appraisal shared by HOD and appraisal did by other department HOD. No criteria of increment. All decisions is taken by Management, which is unprofessional. Undefine job responsibility and putting additional responsibility to person who never refuse to work. Organizational politics. Grapevine hierarchy. Standard Operating Procedure is missing in every department.
