.... You'll be called even after reaching home after working for almost 10 hrs. If you don't reach office by 9 AM, your salary will be deducted. Purposefully More tasks are added in your JIRA bucket, so that you work on sat and sun. CEO won't allow you to go home till you finish your task, She'd forcefully make you sit entire night. You'll get fired if your task in the company is over . You'll be fired if you don't work. It's always lose or lose situation for employees.

I feel fortunate to be part of such a positive and forward-thinking company. A lot of things how can I make you count even. Amateur CEO and cofounder l, not to name, but these are the guys who build company and culture but they are ruining it. So, it's better to be jobless then working with illiterates. Micromanagement and Nepotism is their best part.
