Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... is good . Worst organisation to work. They never understand employees problems. Deduct salary even employee is 10 min late. No leave policy, not any Festival Bonus, not any yearly appraisal, not following any procedures policies. Following the old MALIK- GULAM culture, not safe for women to work.

Not any work life balance. Not any leave policy. Deduct salaries if employee are taken even 1 leave in a month. Not even a single facility for employees. Like a school , comes on time, not any grace time for coming late. Lunch time is strictly followed only for 30 min . So many dislikes, can't explained all
