...small amount if you login late. Manufacturing unit is in Chennai for stab bars..so you need to travel lot You have to login at 8am The log off time is at 5pm(rarely you log off at this time) No bonus...no yearly hikes Cateen food is average.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.life

...here to like about. Even 10th fail guy can work there. They need only man power. salary structure is bad . Management is bad ,I would say, they are very cunning (banglore). Growth is slow like 2g internet .you will definitely be mad if you work there .NO new comer sustain a day there .Go and try for one-day.

No any HR policy, increment not provided as agreed while joining, huge hidden salary deduction. Verbal deviation given by unit head on daily basis, no any proactive approach against system following. No any improvemt activities.
