Not exactly. But there is good cooperation from colleagues and superiors too. Treating of employees regarding to the salary is very bad. We can learn but not that much extent.

There is no job satisfaction, because I worked in Inspection Report. Salaries also not satisfied.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.life

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Travelling distance more and no cab available,they dumping others work for me.working hour is more,comparing to Woking hour salary is low

Amazing exposure. Have to work here for learning to cope up with extreme pressures. Good for starting your career but not to stay for more than 1 year.

...small amount if you login late. Manufacturing unit is in Chennai for stab bars..so you need to travel lot You have to login at 8am The log off time is at 5pm(rarely you log off at this time) No bonus...no yearly hikes Cateen food is average.
